Tickled Pink - Gig Harbor's Newest Downtown Shop!

Part of the charm of Gig Harbor comes from its unique shops that tourists and locals alike enjoy. When strolling downtown along the waterfront, you will find an assortment of these quaint shops and boutiques. Recently, there has been a new addition to these boutiques called Tickled Pink! It opened on June 28th and is located at 3026 Harborview Drive, between Spiros and the Tides tavern. Tickled Pink is truly as charming as they come! From hats and scarves, to adorable wall decor, they have it all! This boutique specializes in women’s fashion accessories and gifts. Gig Harbor’s Tickled Pink boutique is one of two. The original Tickled Pink boutique is located in Port Townsend and has been opened for over ten years. They have been able to expand their business by opening a store in downtown Gig Harbor. The owners of the store are Mike and Michele Henery, and the stores two managers are Heidi Canda and Karrie Polinski. All of which love the harbor!
What is unique about your store?
Our store is a super fun shop. There is a treasure around every corner for everyone. We love the fact that all girls can find a fantastic item in our shop.
How did tickled pink come to gig harbor?
Mike and Michele own and operated the Tickled Pink in Port Townsend for many years. Michele had the opportunity to see the wholesale of industry when her and her family traveled to China during the Summer Olympics. That is when she started selling scarves out of her home. Her company grew large enough that they expanded and moved the Harbor. She made the decision to open another retail store downtown.
