Public Hearing - Vacation Of A Portion Of Rust Street

Notice is hereby given that the City of Gig Harbor Council will conduct a public hearing on the vacation of a portion of Rust Street, abutting the property frontages of Parcel Nos. 2260000220 and 2260000230.  The public hearing on this street vacation will be held during their regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers, Gig Harbor City Hall, 3510 Grandview Street, and has been scheduled for Monday, January 9, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. to accept public testimony.

Copies of the documents are available during normal business hours from the City of Gig Harbor, Community Development Department, 3510 Grandview Street, Gig Harbor, WA 98335.  Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make their views known.
