PROPOSED ORDINANCE – Updating School Impact Fees

Notice is hereby given that the Gig Harbor City Council will be conducting a public hearing to accept public comment regarding a draft Ordinance relating to the issue of updating the School Impact Fees ordinance and other minor revisions to Chapter 19.12 of the Gig Harbor Municipal Code.  

The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers located in the Gig Harbor Civic Center at 3510 Grandview Street on Monday, January 12, 2015 beginning at 5:00 p.m.  All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and make their views known on this proposal.

Copies of the draft ordinance are available from the City of Gig Harbor Public Works Department, 3510 Grandview Street, Gig Harbor, WA 98335.  Telephone: (253) 851-6170.  The public is invited to comment on this proposal at the scheduled hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk at the above address by no later than January 12, 2015 by 12:00 p.m.
