Important Business Licensing Renewal Information From Wa State Licensing
Any business that has a location renewal or Secretary of State annual report due by May 31 should renew online by May 24, 2016.
The State of Washington Business Licensing Services will be replacing the current online systems. In preparation for the launch, existing business licensing systems will be taken offline:
Online renewals: unavailable May 25 – June 5 (corprenewal.wa.gov and businessrenewal.wa.gov)
Online business license applications: unavailable May 23 – June 5 (business.wa.gov/BLS)
Between May 25 and June 5, the Department of Revenue will only accept paper applications and renewals.
