City Officials And Olympic Property Group Discuss Trees On Peacock Hill

City officials have been meeting with Olympic Property Group (OPG) to discuss the trees on OPG's property on Peacock Hill.  As many are aware, trees from this property fell across Peacock Hill recently. Weather forecasts described a strong wind storm headed our way on Wednesday night, March 9th.  Arborists for OPG and the City reviewed the remaining trees and concurred that out of an abundance of caution, removing the remaining large trees would be prudent.  OPG worked very quickly to get loggers on their property immediately, and removed the trees before the big storm of March 9th. 

Olympic Property Group officials have agreed to work with City officials on a tree replacement plan.
